Legal basis:

Article 300 of the Criminal Law: Whoever organizes or uses cult organizations, organizations that use superstition to undermine the implementation of laws, and organizations that use superstition to undermine the implementation of state laws and administrative regulations shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and shall also be fined; If the circumstances are especially serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated; If the circumstances are relatively minor, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, public surveillance or deprivation of political rights, and shall also or only be fined.
