Liu Ling Administrative Village belongs to Caochuan Town, Pinglu County, which is located in the southwest of the town. The village is adjacent to Caochuan Town and Donggou Village in the east, opposite to Douquan Village in the west, bounded by Podi Township in the south and connected to Potou Village, Xiajian Village and Caochuan Town in the north.
