Reliability of circadian rhythm

Supporters of this theory believe that circadian rhythm is a new interdisciplinary subject, although there are many "unexplained doubts". But opponents believe that this book is authentic numerology, plus some pseudo-science established by basic mathematics. The reliability of circadian rhythm is questioned by mathematicians, biologists and other scientists.

Physiological rhythm and biological clock have similar propositions, such as the study of circadian rhythm and other rhythms. Through some medical research, medical workers have found that people's life and health do have its periodic rhythm phenomenon, but only a few doctors think that this is the so-called "physiological rhythm." The study of biological clock shows the existence of circadian rhythm. These findings show that people are influenced by physiological, emotional and intellectual rhythms (but they cannot explain the correctness of physiological rhythms). In this scientific "research", visual circadian rhythm plays a major role in people.

Critics cite the following reasons:

Random certainty of rhythm curve,

The randomness of the zero line,

The randomness of the three periods 23, 28 and 33,

Based on anecdotes, not experiments,

Ignore number theory,

Make low-level mistakes in hypothesis testing,

Inappropriate quantification and generalization of human behavior,

Lack of precise expression of theory,

Peer review, lack of experimental data,

Not repeatable, and

In addition to doubts about the three rhythms, people also question whether these rhythms are time-related. If women's menstruation is not regulated by hormones, it will be unstable, which cannot be predicted several months in advance.

Because the concepts of physiological cycle and biological clock are mixed together, the latter is also suspected by some people.
