Where is Tianping Mountain?

Tianping Mountain is located in the west of Suzhou 15km, with an altitude of 221m.

The mountain is steep, called Baiyun Mountain in ancient times, also known as Cishan. It is the place where the ancestors of Fan Zhongyan, a famous minister in the Northern Song Dynasty, were buried. There are: Tianping Mountain Scenic Area, covering an area of nearly 100 hectares. Known as "Red Maple, Strange Rock and Clear Spring", there are 18 scenic spots such as Wanwanchaotian, Gaoyi Diecui, Vientiane Xia Hong and Yuquan Yin Qing.

Known as "the first mountain in Wuzhong" and "the scenic spot in the south of the Yangtze River", it is one of the four scenic spots to enjoy maple in China. In the Northern Song Dynasty, Tianping Mountain was given to Fan Zhongyan, also known as "giving mountains". Taking maple, spring and stone as works, it is also called "three wonders". This is also a good place to see Taihu Lake. There is a maple forest at the foot of the mountain, the largest of which is over 400 years old. Autumn frost seal, forest dyeing, known as the "red zone."

There is Baiyun Spring halfway up the mountain, which is known as "the first water in Wuzhong". There are two cliffs in the west, facing each other like doors, commonly known as Longmen, also known as Tianmu. There are many strange peaks and rocks on the mountain. After the peak of the penholder on the mountainside, the strange stone comes back to the ring, which is quite beautiful and wonderful. It is called "ten thousand days into the sky". There is Fan Zhongyan's ancestral grave, commonly known as "Fan grave". There is a lake platform at the top of the mountain, with a huge stone on it, facing Taihu Lake, which is called the mirror of the lake.

Strange rocks, clear springs and red maple are the three wonders of the balance. The strange rocks on the mountain are strewn at random, all steep and towering upward, just like the ancient ministers holding the dynasty when welcoming the emperor, so it is called "Ten Thousand Days in the Sky". The spring water comes from the rock named "Baiyun Spring", and the spring water is introduced into the bowl under the stone wall of Yunquan Jingshe by bamboo tube, also known as alms bowl spring, which is extremely sweet and delicious. Lu Yu of Cha Sheng in Tang Dynasty called it "the first water in Wuzhong".

Hongfeng was moved from Fujian by Fan Yunlin, the grandson of Fan Zhongyan (17). Now there is 176 Hongfeng factory with a history of more than 400 years. There are Yun Lan red leaves in late autumn, which are as bright as clouds and dazzling. Tianping Mountain is a famous mountain. Whenever there are famous mountains, the natural landscape is unique and the human landscape is unique. The unique natural landscape and unique human landscape are integrated into one, creating a famous balance scenery.

The balance wins the scenery, and one wins in the strange stone. The mountains here are rugged and steep, just like the water boards used by ministers in feudal times to meet the emperor. It is layered on it, and its shape is "if you lie, stand, fight and hold a pole, it is indescribable", so people commonly call it "ten thousand days into the sky"

The famous strange stone landscapes include Yixiantian, Feilaishi, Bizhuofeng, Mirror, Parrot Stone, Yin Shi and so on.
