Jinzhou faces the sea in the south and the Bohai Sea in the south. Jinzhou is adjacent to Chaoyang City and Fuxin City in the north, Shenyang City, Panjin City and Anshan City in the east, Liaodong Bay in Bohai Sea, Yingkou City and Dalian City in the south, and Huludao City in the west.
