There was a poet named Du Mu in the Tang Dynasty. He has been to Chibi, enjoyed the beautiful scenery here and expressed his open-minded feelings.

Appreciate the beauty of nature

The scenery in Chibi is magnificent. Here, Du Mu experienced the beauty of nature. He wrote:

A broken iron halberd sank into the sand and disappeared, only to find that it was the remnant of Battle of Red Cliffs after grinding and washing.

If the east wind is not convenient for Zhou Yu, I'm afraid the outcome will be Cao Cao's victory and Er Qiao's detention in Tongquetai.

This poem depicts the magnificent scene of Chibi. The defeat of Battle of Red Cliffs and Cao Cao refers to his failure. Cao Cao thought he was the successor of the Han Dynasty, but Battle of Red Cliffs failed. Dongfeng's failure to cooperate with Zhou Lang means Zhou Yu's success in Battle of Red Cliffs. Tongque Chunshen locks Er Qiao, referring to Sun Quan's beautiful wife and concubine Er Qiao.

In this poem, Du Mu expresses the magnificent scene of Chibi by describing historical events and people. He appreciates the beauty of nature in the form of poetry.

Express open-minded feelings

Chibi, not only has the beauty of nature, but also has a long cultural heritage. Du Mu expressed his open-minded feelings here. He wrote:

This land is so beautiful that countless heroes bow to their knees.

Unfortunately, Qin Shihuang, Han Wudi, literary talent is slightly inferior; Emperor Taizong, Song Taizu, slightly less civil servants.

Genghis Khan, the hero of the throne, only knows how to draw a bow and shoot arrows.

These characters are gone, a few heroes who can make contributions, look at today's people.

This poem expresses Du Mu's admiration for historical figures and culture. In his view, the beauty of mountains and rivers has attracted countless heroes, but some arrogant people in history, such as Qin Huang Hanwu and Tang Zong Song Zu, have lost their literary talent and slightly lost their coquetry. Although Genghis Khan only knows how to shoot an eagle with a bow, he is also a generation of arrogant people. In the past, counting romantic figures, looking at the present, expressed Du Mu's hope and expectation for the future.

In this poem, Du Mu expresses his open-minded feelings by evaluating historical figures and cultures. He believes that although the arrogance in history has passed away, there will be more romantic figures in the future.
