Mr. Nan Huai Jin said: "The origin of life in the universe was empty at first. Nothing, where is the dust? "

After carefully tasting this sentence, we can easily find that since the source of everything is pure and empty, why should we care too much in life? Gains and losses, fame and fortune, material and so on. , and finally are empty. We are all alive, aren't we?

It is well said in Zhuangzi: "Taste it, women's nonsense, and women's listening. Xi is next to the sun and the moon, relying on the universe to match it, to make it smooth and to respect each other? Everyone is serving, and the wise are stupid. Long live ginseng and become pure. Everything is what it is, but it is a mutual accumulation. " Among them, the most striking thing is the sentence "Long live ginseng, become refined". It means: 10,000 years seems to be just a moment. It can be seen that life is just a moment, a moment.

Between life and death, life is long and short. However, many times, when you think back to your childhood and look at yourself now, you may feel that time flies and time flies. Ten or twenty years is also a blink of an eye. In the blink of an eye, no one can stop time and no one can not grow up. Whether you move or not, time always keeps going.

Therefore, Mr. Nan put forward the theory of "emptying". Because in front of time, everything seems particularly small and unconscious. This is Mr Nan's first understanding of Huai Jin's "Qing Xu".

However, it seems that life is too short to be sad. However, the fact is not so shallow. The correct understanding of "life is just a moment" should be started from other angles.

There was a man named Wang Zhi in the Jin Dynasty. One day, Wang Zhi went to the deep mountain to cut wood. When chopping wood, I accidentally walked into a stone house in the mountains and saw several boys playing chess.

Wang Zhi thought it was interesting, so he watched them play chess carefully. At this time, a boy handed a thing that looked like a jujube pit to the king to swallow.

When the king swallowed it, he never felt hungry, and stood by quietly watching a game of chess. The game was over, the game was over, and the king got up to leave.

At this time, he found that the wooden handle of his axe had completely rotted. The king didn't think much, but he felt a little strange. However, when he got home, he found that all his contemporaries had died.

This is probably what people often say, "One day in the fairy world, a thousand years on earth". Therefore, when Wang came home, he realized that he had met a fairy, not an ordinary person.

Because life is only a moment, so "everything is natural, but interrelated", if the body, mind and things can be integrated, people and things can be integrated, regardless of each other, then the Tao is hidden in the heart and things. Therefore, the enlightened can "sit beside the sun and the moon and embrace the universe".

In this regard, Mr. nan huaijin said that the so-called "immortal way" of later generations came from this.

Understanding life from this perspective is only a moment, and you can gain real knowledge about it. The length of life is related to the passage of time, so don't let your fleeting time slip away, but cherish every minute of life, find the direction and way to enrich life, integrate body, mind and Tao, and constantly accumulate your own "Tao". In this way, when I am dying, I will not regret that life is meaningless, nor will I be unable to close my eyes because of too many shortcomings. If we can cherish time and pay attention to the connotation of life, then this kind of life will not really become literal as Mr. nan huaijin said. This is also the second understanding of Mr. nan huaijin's "empty".

In this regard, its profound meaning should be that life and death can be regarded as a process in which one breath is replaced, so that life and death can be ignored, achieved in the process of "emptying", and the infinite meaning of life can be realized in the limited time on the road of life.

In life, if we can really understand the connotation of Mr. Nan's "emptying", then the liberation and significance of harvesting life can be realized smoothly.

Life is just a moment. Mr. nan huaijin can see through life and death in one thought and gain great wisdom in life, precisely because he can always be a person who cherishes life, integrates body, mind and things, and constantly expands the connotation of life in one thought.

As an ordinary person, we might as well start from broadening our minds and be a philosophical and detached person. Life is just a moment. When you are alive, you don't cherish time to change. Do we have to wait until after death to pursue our dreams?
