Is there fate in the world?

Some questions are difficult to answer simply: yes or no.

As for fate, in Buddhism's view, it does not exist.

Why does it exist?

If you get lost, you will expand with your own troubles and habits, and inevitably hurt others for selfish desires. If you do something wrong, of course there will be bad results. This is the most normal truth.

Therefore, it is difficult for an ordinary person who is having an affair to escape the arrangement of "fate".

There is an old saying: "Life and death are life, wealth is in the sky", and "a drink and a peck are not undecided".

Why is it that fate does not exist?

Because in fact, the external situation is inspired by the people themselves, not by anyone. Good people are good to themselves, and bad people are bad to themselves. So if you can live actively, be kind to yourself and others, your fate can be improved. After entering a certain depth, the question of fate is no longer confusing.

Therefore, Buddhists do not advocate fortune telling. Because "the phase is born from the heart", it is "self-determined". In the popular words of children now, it is: my destiny is my decision.

Faced with the fate of life, there are often two kinds of paranoia:

First, completely believe in fate. In the long years, many people have personally realized that "fate" is indeed everywhere, and then they become superstitious, thinking that everything has been arranged and they are no longer working hard.

Second, I don't believe in life at all. Generally speaking, children are not easy to believe in their own destiny, because they are young, healthy, full of vigor and infinite hope, thinking that "nothing is impossible as long as they work hard." There is nothing wrong with this idea, just picking words. However, it is often easy to make "arrogant" mistakes in operation. Arrogance is selfishness, selfishness is desire, and finally hit a wall.

The correct attitude may be: don't hold both sides of "yes" and "no", but take the middle road.

I didn't believe in fate before. After all, the educational environment does not have this foundation. Once fascinated by constellations, I saw an ancient European astrologer say with emotion: "A child's life has been fixed in his astrolabe from the moment he was born" (to this effect). Later, I learned that China's traditional four-pillar fortune-telling actually expressed this meaning: the information of a lifetime is contained in the eight characters.

So I feel that there have been such coincidences between the East and the West and between different civilizations since ancient times. What does this mean? What science has not proved at present is not necessarily pseudoscience, and science itself is developing.

Science is a process of constant falsification.

Science comes from assumptions, doubts and arguments.

The spirit of science is seeking truth from facts.

No matter how science develops, it is very limited, while human conscience and thought (religion) are infinite.

There must be a cause for fruit, because there are fruits, and fruits are intertwined. If you don't actively improve subjectively, your fate will blossom and bear fruit, just like the track.

So the life span of ordinary people will be accurately estimated by fortune tellers. But only good people or bad people, innate fate can't help him.

Great goodness can resolve future disasters.

Great evils can offset the coming blessings.

So it is not accurate.

As for materialism, it is traditionally considered accidental, and it does not recognize the phenomenon of "previous life and later generations". So when it comes to innate dignity, I'm afraid I can only sigh "good luck".

But think about it, is there any "cheap" in the universe?

Now we always say that "nature is balanced", and the universe is more balanced and fair. There are indeed high and low results of good and evil. But in essence, all beings are equal, no one is a natural darling, and no one is a natural inferior. Everything is of my own making.

So, be a good person, strive to improve yourself, and don't retreat to goodness because of the immediate difficulties. The so-called dilemma, on the one hand, is the result before the present, on the other hand, it can be regarded as an opportunity to help your soul grow.
