Emperor Yang Guang of Sui Dynasty did not open the Grand Canal for sightseeing.

The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Great Wall of Wan Li are the two greatest projects in ancient China, which are world-famous. The note novel "Wokai River" in the Tang Dynasty is called "Suiyang has an imperial spirit, and Tiangeng Chen Chun has been a son of heaven for 500 years."

After Yang Guang ascended the throne, he made "Daye" the title of the country, which meant to create a great cause. From time to time, a fortune teller told him that there was a very obvious "son of heaven" in the Longmen area of northwest China, covering all the way to Taiyuan.

You know, when Yang Guang was the King of Jin, he was stationed in Jinyang. Shanxi can be said to be his blessed land.

At first, Yang Guang didn't believe it at all, but this lie became a reality after being told thousands of times. Later, when he saw that domestic politics was gradually turbulent, he believed these fortune tellers. So, as a real dragon emperor, he went to Fenyang and other places in Shanxi several times, just like the "soul of the town king" in Qin Shihuang's eastward tour, appearing in the gas source to suppress it. In order to suppress this "royal spirit", Jin Yanggong built a "hate it" place in Taiyuan.

Not only that, in order to vent the anger of the local king, Yang Guang dug a trench in Longmen area, destroying the local geomantic omen.

After that, I simply arranged for my grandson You Yang to be the magistrate of Taiyuan and guard Taiyuan. You Yang sealed Wang Chen at first, and then changed it. After making this arrangement, he told the courtiers that this "imperial spirit" belongs to Yang's Sui room, so don't worry.

This matter can only be found in unofficial history.

Unexpectedly, after solving the "Wang Qi" problem, the rumor that "the real dragon emperor will appear" is circulating among the people.

What's more, a fortune teller wrote to me at that time, saying that the son of heaven was surnamed Li.

Yang Guangli wants to kill the official surnamed Li. Unfortunately, I just forgot the real "Emperor Li" Li Yuan. Tang Gaozu and Yang Guang are cousins, and they are Du Gu Xin's nephews.

Before going to Jiangdu, Yang Guang made careful arrangements for politics and national defense. Let You Yang stay in Xijing and Tang Yuan stay in Taiyuan.

In 6 17 10, after Li Yuan captured Chang 'an, he established Emperor Youyang and changed his country name to "Yining".

In March of the following year, after Yang Guang was killed by Yu Wenhuaji in Jiangdu, Tangyuan saw that his puppet Youyang was useless. In May of that year, he was forced to abdicate and became emperor on behalf of Sui Dynasty, with the title of "Tang".

Yang guang had a big fall.

It is said that the "Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal" is also caused by "Feng Shui". For example, the Qidong savage of the Ming Dynasty further created this matter. He specifically talked about this matter in Chapter 18 of Yan's Year, and his article was entitled "A Brief Talk on Emperor Geng".
