Liu Rujun, originally from Xuanwu District, Beijing, was sentenced to death on 1982 for intentional injury, with a two-year reprieve, and was sent to Kashgar District Prison in Xinjiang to serve his sentence. 200 1 10 was released back to Beijing in advance and temporarily lived in menstruation's home. Liu Rujun's aunt said that from the first day she came back to the time when she disappeared, Liu Rujun managed this account every day.
Before serving his sentence in Liu Rujun, he and his family lived in Chunshu Hutong, Xuanwu District. When he went to Xinjiang to serve his sentence, his hukou moved out from there. Therefore, according to the regulations on household registration management, Liu Rujun's household registration after the reunification should still be in Chunshu Hutong. After receiving the report from Ms. Liu, the police investigating the case searched almost all the places that Liu Rujun might go. Everyone said that he had never seen such a person these days, and none of Liu Rujun's relatives knew his whereabouts.
On March 1 1, 2002, the police of Zhuozhou Public Security Bureau of Hebei Province came to the Criminal Investigation Corps of Beijing Public Security Bureau. They brought their fingerprints and asked the Beijing police to assist in the investigation. After inputting the fingerprints provided by Hebei police into the computer, the investigators found matching information in the files of Beijing criminal fingerprint database. These fingerprints belong to Liu Rujun who has been missing for many days.
On June 5438+1October 65438+May, 2002, Hebei police found a woven bag under the pier of Lixinzhuang Village, Matou Town, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. When they opened it, they found a body. The deceased was a male, with a height of 1m, aged about 65 or 40. After on-site investigation, investigators confirmed that this was not the first scene, and the body was shipped from other places. The forensic doctor took photos of the deceased and took his fingerprints. He searched in Hebei province for two months and found no match. So, the Hebei police found the Beijing police, hoping to find the deceased. Through fingerprint comparison, Beijing police confirmed that the deceased found by Hebei police was Liu Rujun.
During the investigation, the investigators learned that Liu Rujun had been living in his aunt's house since he returned to Beijing. Having served 20 years in prison, Liu Rujun felt that he could not adapt to the present life, and he felt a little inferior. He also had a quarrel with his relatives for the Beijing hukou.
It was his youngest sister Liu Ruyu who quarreled with Liu Rujun. The investigators found Liu Ruyu, hoping to find some clues about the activities of the deceased from her. But when the investigator asked Liu Ruyu to identify the photo of the deceased, Liu Ruyu said that she didn't know the person in the photo at all. However, in the following visit, the investigators found the problem. According to the resident police of the police station, the reason why Liu Rujun has not been able to go to registered permanent residence is directly related to his sister Liu Ruyu.
When Liu Rujun returned to Beijing in June 2006, his parents had died several years ago, and all three sisters had their own families. The bungalow where they used to live was demolished and an office building was built. According to the policy, the relocated house that supplied their family was also sold by their sister Liu Ruyu. Liu Ruyu moved away with the money, but Liu Ruyu wouldn't let her brother settle in his house.
On the morning of March 14, 2002, the investigators summoned Liu Ruyu to the criminal police team, because the contradiction between her and the deceased made the investigators doubt her.
Although there are many doubts about Liu Ruyu's body, investigators are not sure that she is the murderer at this time. Because everything depends on evidence. According to forensic inference, Liu Rujun was killed on June 65438+1October 12, 2002. However, witnesses confirmed that Liu Ruyu's son was taking an exam a few days before and after June 12, and she had been taking care of her children at home and had no time to commit crimes. At this point, the case was deadlocked. At this time, the technicians of the Criminal Technology Division of the Criminal Investigation Corps of the Beijing Public Security Bureau decided to start with the woven bag that wrapped the body to see if they could find a breakthrough.
Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province borders Fangshan District of Beijing, takes Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway, and leaves Beijing Liu Lihe Toll Station, which is the boundary of Zhuozhou. Only one unit in Fangshan Liu Lihe Town bought a woven bag for the body, and the body of the deceased was found in Zhuozhou. So will the first scene to kill Liu Rujun be in Liu Lihe? On the afternoon of March 14, 2002, after careful searching, the investigators found a small farmhouse in the town, and the owner was Liu Ruyu's husband Yan.
Neighbors reported that Liu Ruyu and his wife used to bring their children to play for two days on weekends, but they never saw the family again after the middle of June 5438+ 10, 2002, which coincided with the time when Liu Rujun's body was found. This small farmhouse was probably the first scene where the deceased was killed, and the investigator immediately took Yan back to the criminal police for questioning.
Not long after, the forensic doctor from the Forensic Identification Center of Beijing Public Security Bureau arrived. They sprayed a special reagent on all corners and objects. Even if the suspect cleans up the blood left on the scene, it can't be distinguished by the naked eye, but after spraying this reagent, the place with blood will turn blue.
In the forensic identification center, the forensic doctor extracted the blood from the scene and compared it with the blood of the deceased. These two kinds of blood are exactly the same as blood type. Subsequently, the forensic doctor conducted DNA identification on the two kinds of blood, and the results showed that the blood extracted from the scene belonged to the deceased Liu Rujun. In the face of scientific evidence, Yan and Liu Ruyu confessed to the crime of killing their brother.
It turned out that after Liu Ruyu sold the relocated house, she took all the proceeds for herself, bought a house in Chongwen District and bought a farmhouse in Fangshan Liu Lihe. 200 1 10, after Liu Rujun returned to Beijing, she kept asking Liu Ruyu for the house and house payment, often making trouble at her sister's house, and even fighting with Liu Ruyu. Fearing that his brother would retaliate against his whole family and save hundreds of thousands of house money for himself, the couple began to commit suicide. On June 5438+1October 65438+February, 2002, Yan invited them to their small courtyard in Fangshan, killed them while drunk, and dumped their bodies in Zhuozhou.
In 2002, the First Intermediate People's Court sentenced the principal offender to severe death, and the accessory Liu Ruyu was sentenced to 65,438+02 years in prison.
