Excerpt from Master Xuanhua's lecture: Lending money to others to avoid repayment. Be a man, don't talk too much, even a penny can't be lost in vain, let alone borrowed and not returned. Although money is fake, it can't be used casually, but it can be used to do real things and can't be sloppy at all. For example, if you borrowed money from others and didn't pay it back, you ran away and thought it was cheap. This is not a cheap thing. If you avoid paying your debts, you will be poor and cheap in the next life. Because you don't pay back other people's money, you will get poor and despicable returns in the future.
