Creative background:

"Da Guo Bao" is the prelude to the traditional Peking Opera "Dragon and Phoenix Pavilion", followed by exploring the imperial tomb and the second palace. "Great Protection of the Country" tells the story of Mu Zong's death in the Ming Dynasty, when the prince was young and Li Yanfei listened to politics.

Li Fei's father, Li Liang, tried to usurp the throne, lured Li Fei to become regent, and ordered his courtiers to escort him. However, King Xu Zhao Yan and Bai Yang, assistant minister of the Ministry of War, refused to accept it, and entered the palace together in Longfeng Pavilion. Li Fei did not listen, and the monarch and the minister contended and broke up in discord. Li Liang's arrogance is more prosperous. Xu was very angry and hammered him with a bronze hammer given to him by Mao, accusing him of deliberately deceiving him.

The last two stories tell us that Li Liang blocked Zhaoyang Courtyard, isolated from the inside and outside, and the trace of usurping the throne was obvious. After visiting the imperial tomb, Xu and Yang went to the palace for the second time to offer suggestions. Li Fei repented, so he entrusted the affairs of state to her, and Bai Yang mobilized troops to behead Li Liang.
