The heart is Futian.

Beginning of spring marks the beginning of a new year, and the plan for the year lies in spring.

Spring is the season when everything revives, takes root and germinates. Crops reap what they sow in autumn.

Everybody's the same. Start over. No matter what you plant, there will be consequences. Our heart is Futian, and our destiny can be changed.

After listening to Fan Fan's four disciplines, Teacher Kong gave Fan Fan a fortune-telling. He was childless all his life and embarked on a career path. He died at 53. The prophecy came true, and Fan really won the scholar before meeting the Zen master. After the advice of the Zen master, I realized that Fan's fate was in my own hands. A son died in his seventies, doing practical things for the people's welfare and winning the hearts of the people.

So how to change your destiny?

1 repent, introspect three times a day, repent in time and correct. I can make it up. I'll try my best to make it up.

Forgive, treat others' slander, others' malice. Learn to accept generously and put yourself in others' shoes. Think about whose fault it is, and don't punish yourself with other people's faults. Think of it as a training and experience. Forgiving others is forgiving yourself.

3 gratitude, a person who does not know how to be grateful is unpopular. Appreciate parents, family and friends. Also thank yourself for your self-confidence, self-esteem and ability to love others. Gratitude is very powerful, knowing how to be grateful will make you cherish the people and things around you more.

4 pray, pray that your family will be happy, healthy, safe and auspicious. Pray for the peaceful reunification and prosperity of the motherland. Pray for world peace, no disasters, no epidemics.

The more positive you are, the happier you are, and the more bitter you complain. The heart is Futian, the fate is in our own hands, and we must rely on our own practice to have results.
