How did psychic powers come from?

Some psychics will be blessed by ghosts or evil spirits after practicing. Some are born. We mortals can practice, but if we want to tell fortune and get magical powers, we will easily be possessed. However, after gaining divine power, the price is very miserable. Many psychics have no offspring or die of strange diseases. It is equivalent to selling your body to evil spirits.
