How to do ae transition special effects?

AE Select the transition effect in the effect and add it to the video to add the transition effect.

1. Open AE, create a new composition, put two pieces of material or cut a piece of material into two pieces.

2. Select the transition effect in the effect bar on the left, press and drag it to the video.

3. Set the key frames at the beginning and end of the transition effect in the video.

4. Align the head of the last video with the key frame position at the beginning of the transition to complete the transition effect.
