Minhe Village is located at the northern end of Tongxiang City, bordering the new town of Xiuzhou District in Jiaxing City in the east, Yan Jia Village in the south, Xinweng Village in the west and Wuxing Village in the north. It is 3.5km away from the municipal government/kloc-0 in the south, 5km away from Wuzhen in the west, 6km away from the new town in the east and 2km away from the northernmost part of Tongxiang (the border between Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces) in the north. It was originally the jurisdiction of Mindong Village and Minhe Village. With the regional adjustment, Minhe Village and Mindong Village merged +0 1 in June 2000. The village covers an area of about 4.4 square kilometers, and has 1 1 villagers' groups, with 7 15 households and a total population of 2906.

There are kindergartens, primary schools, banks, supermarkets, fitness squares, home care centers and so on. Minhe Village is adjacent to Shuangta Village, Yinxing Community, Pengjia Village, Henggang Village, Chenzhuang Village, Chenjia Village, Baimadun Village, Wuxing Village, Nangong Community, zaolin village, Xiuxi Community, Dongyuan Community, Fenshuidun Village and Fulanqiao Village.

On June 6th, 20 19, Minhe Village was included in the fifth batch of traditional villages in China.

Near Minhe Village, there are tourist attractions such as Wuzhen, Mu Xin Art Museum, Mao Dun's former residence (Mao Dun Memorial Hall), Wuzhen Zhaxi, Wuzhen Hall Shangtang (Zhujiating Hall) and Dongzha Huiyuan Pawnshop, and there are special foods such as Tongxiang blue printed cloth, Wuzhen white water fish, Wujin, Wuzhen sauce chicken, Wuzhen braised mutton and Wuzhen aunt cake.
