Being sick and going to see a doctor has become a burden to the body. Distinguishing right from wrong has become a moral burden. The trouble of pursuing fame and fortune has become a mental burden. Worrying about raising children has become a sweet burden. It has become a burden to ask Mr. Feng Shui for fortune telling.

In fact, I knew that sadness is always inevitable, so why do you cling to fame and fortune and carry a burden on your back?

Tang's "Bodhi" said: Bodhi has no trees, and the mirror is not a stage. There is nothing, so there is no dust. It sounded the alarm for us and gave us inspiration. There is no bodhi tree. The body of all beings is the tree of enlightenment and wisdom, and the heart of all beings is a bright stage mirror. A bright mirror is clean, how can it get dusty? It turns out that everything is empty and there is dust! As long as Bodhi looks inward, he doesn't have to be tired of seeking mysteries from the outside world. Therefore, as long as people practice themselves and achieve sexual emptiness, they will go to Elysium. The "sexual emptiness" here is to put down the burden and accomplish nothing.

Letting go is a kind of wisdom, a realm, and a kind of free and easy. When you are not tired, bored, extravagant and unsatisfied, happiness is just around the corner. When you can eat, sleep soundly, have fun and be carefree, happiness is just around the corner. Therefore, regardless of good times and bad times, we must have a heart of "people live with the wind, flowers bloom and fall freely" and face life with an optimistic and open-minded attitude.

In the Five Dynasties, Buddhists in Houliang were cloth-bag monks. It is said that he was reincarnated as Maitreya Buddha and came to the world to help all beings. The cloth bag is a prop in his life and a burden on him. Walking, sitting, putting down the bag is also a bag. How comfortable. Only those who put down their burdens can become Buddhas. The outlook on life of the cloth bag monk can be used as a reference for us to be human. The monk's cloth bag is empty, with no strings attached and no obstacles. "The belly can accommodate, but it can accommodate many things in the world; Laugh often and laugh at all the sorrows and sorrows of ancient and modern times. " Let's put down the big and small burdens in life, forget what we should forget, keep what we should keep, and live a peaceful and carefree life in the world of mortals.
