A famous orator in the history of China?

Mo Zhai (Mozi) was the first public speaker in China.

Mozi summed up China's earliest logic, which is called Mohist Debate. Looking at Mozi's deeds of traveling around the world, all of them reflect his profound wisdom and eloquence, such as the dialogue between Mozi and his friends recorded in Gui Yi, refuting the fortune teller's words, and Mozi's words of advising the king of Chu recorded in Gong Bo. Every word of truth is by no means a sophist's bookish spirit.
