Where is Yingde Pu Shu?

Yingde Pu Shu is a county in Huaihua City, Hunan Province. Because Xupu County is located in the west of Hunan Province, it is a county under the jurisdiction of Huaihua City, Hunan Province. Xupu County is located in the west of Hunan Province, northeast of Huaihua City, at the northern foot of Xuefeng Mountain. It swims in the Yuan River, with a land span of 2717' to 2819' north latitude and1015' east longitude. It is 72 kilometers wide from east to west and 1 10 kilometers long from north to south, with a total area of 3440.04 square kilometers. The Hunan-Guizhou double-track railway runs 80 kilometers across the county, and the 320 National Road, S308 and S224 Provincial Roads run across the county, connecting the north and the south. Shangrui Xupu Expressway is under construction. Yuanshui, one of the four major rivers in Hunan, flows through Jiangkou Wharf, 24 kilometers away from the county seat, with a tonnage of 5,000 tons, leading to Guizhou, Guangxi, Dongting and the Yangtze River.
