Operation method of removing polygon in 3DsMAX model

First draw two faces in the viewport area, which have been converted into editable polygons. A big rectangle and a small circle. Now you need to buckle a circle in the middle of the rectangle.

The first reaction should be to use Boolean operation, but Boolean operation will lead to a lot of messy lines. So we choose to merge the graphics in the composite object here.

First, select a circle, convert it into an editable polygon, and extract the edges (because the boundary line is not so simple when drawing).

Drop down the Modify panel and choose to create a graph with the selected graph so that edges can be extracted and named. After the creation is successful, you can hide the original circle, here is a newly created circle edge.

At this time, go back to the composite object, first select the rectangle at the bottom, then select the graph merge, pick up the graph, and pick up the circle you just created.

Right-click this rectangle to turn it into an editable polygon and hide other unnecessary graphics.

Select the polygon, select the middle circle, and then delete it. So you can buckle a hole in the middle of the rectangle.
