Asura, a kind of heaven, can't be reincarnated by ordinary people who are secular and good at law. Only those who are extremely diligent in practice, or who are extremely disciplined and clean, on the basis of such sufficient metempsychosis resources, become arrogant in their hearts, and can degenerate into Asura in heaven.
