How to know people from their bone color appearance?

Zeng Guofan pointed out that observing a person's "bones" can tell his strength. Bones are healthy, people are strong, bones are weak, and people are weak. When Zeng Guofan identified talents, he thought that "God" and "Bone" were the portals and programs to identify a person, which played a crucial role. He said in The Ice Guide: "A bone looks like a face." He often combines "tendon" and "bone" to examine a person's strength and courage.

For example, bones are colored, faces are blue, and "young men and women are half green" is also true. Next is purple, next is bass. Bones are qualitative, joints are the most expensive, followed by broken ones. In short, there is no evil bone on the head, and the face is better than the head. However, being big and lawless is always cheap; Round without a string of bones, semi-solitary monk; The nose bone invades the eyebrow, and the class life is not long. The cheekbones compete with the eyes, but the children are not established. Among them, there is a difference of thousands of miles.

This means that the color of bones is different and the color of face is cyan. It is often said that "young men and women are half green" means this. Purple with hidden red in yellow is slightly worse than cyan, while skinny and pink white is the lowest color. The bones have a certain growth. The bones of the head are noble if they are interrelated and connected with each other, and less noble if they are scattered. In comparison, even if there is no evil bone scattered on the head, the face is not as good as the head, but the head is big but the fairy bone is not prosperous, which is ultimately a humble taste. If you hide your head with a round bone, you will probably become a monk. The nose bone attacks the eyebrows, and parents must become monks.

Does Zeng Guofan make sense? As we know, due to the inextricable connection between China's ancient philosophy, medicine and culture, "color" is in harmony with the five elements, five natures, five internal organs and four seasons, as follows:

One day water is the essence of the five natures, the five internal organs belong to the kidney, the color is black, the direction is north, and winter is prosperous;

Two-day wood is the soul in five aspects, the five internal organs belong to the liver, the color is blue, the direction is east, and the spring is prosperous;

Three days of fire, five natures are qi, five internal organs belong to the heart, the color is red, and the direction is south and midsummer;

Four-day soil means five natures, the five internal organs belong to the spleen, yellow in color, and prosperous at the end of the four seasons;

Hardware heaven, five spirits, five zang-organs and deer lungs, white in color, facing west and prosperous in autumn.

There is also a saying that bone color comes from "six qi". The so-called "six gods" are Qinglong, Suzaku, Gouchen, Afraid Snake, White Tiger and Xuanwu.

Of these six gases, cyan is the most beautiful and the best. This is because, in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the five elements of cyan belong to wood, and the liver of the five internal organs of the human body belongs to wood, so the liver and cyan are related to wood and spring. In spring, everything recovers and is full of vitality; The liver is an organ for hematopoiesis in the body and a latent machine with strong vitality, so cyan is a symbol of life. So the ancients regarded cyan as the most beautiful and best color.

Observing and looking at people depends on their internal structure and understanding their spirit. It is the most critical step in the art of employing people, which is generally followed in the actual way of recognizing people and employing people, although it is impossible to finally judge whether a person is a talent. So far, although this method in the art of knowing people can't be called science, it is the most artistic place in the art of knowing people. Evaluating whether a leader knows people is a test of his efforts and cultivation in this respect, because science can't solve all problems. The following is Liu Shao's Reading Eight Faces.

Eight phases of viewing people divide people into eight phases, namely, strength phase, thick phase, clear phase, ancient phase, solitary phase, evil phase, thin phase and vulgar phase.

(1) Wei Xiang. In other words, the appearance of the human body has a strong dignity, and its momentum is like a tiger coming out of the mountain forest, and all animals are surprised. Longlong is everywhere, and everything is obedient. Its shape is tall, handsome, solemn, dignified, brave, not angry and arrogant, with the posture of celestial instruments and dragons and phoenixes. Those born of this phase have great power and strong determination and action.

(2) thick phase. It is the stable period of Magnolia officinalis, which is characterized by: the amount is like the sea, and it can accommodate everything. Its spirit is like a huge ship, it can't be shaken without attracting it. Physically, it is honest, upright, gentle and sophisticated. This is a blessing to God. People born in this phase are generous, broad-minded and stable, with more blessings and less risks in their lives.

(3) clear phase. That is, the appearance is delicate and graceful, and the bearing is pure and free of impurities. As the saying goes, "A branch of Guilin, Kunshan Pian Yu, is beautiful and spotless." Wen Xiu is handsome in appearance, simple and dignified in appearance, natural and graceful, relaxed and simple in manner, Wen Ya in appearance, cheerful in personality, quick in thinking and noble in master. People born with this appearance are smart, clever, flexible and enterprising, but some are handsome but not rough, close to mean.

(4) Paleofacies. One is primitive simplicity, which is the kind mentioned above. But simple but not exquisite, close to vulgarity. The second is the strange aspect. "The ancients, the backbone, the ancient rocks, the unknown are close to the customs." The appearance of eccentricity is: strange shape, even vulgar and ugly. Introverted, aloof, withdrawn and unhappy. The fate of ancient masters depends on whether "ancient" is "clear" or "turbid". If the ancient times are bright, the fate is prosperous. Ancient and turbid, life is poor and lonely.

(5) solitary phase. That is loneliness and poverty. It is characterized by a weak tail, looks muddy and weak, a long neck, shrinking shoulders, crooked feet and crooked head. When sitting, he kept shaking, and when walking, he bared his teeth like grasping something, like a crane by the water, and like a crane in the rain. Lonely hosts are naturally introverted, surly and boring, and narrow-minded.

(6) evil. That is, evil. "Evil people are as fierce and stubborn as snakes and rats, riding wolves, or being violent and shocked." People born with this condition are narrow-minded, despicable, insidious and cunning, with a wolf-like voice, irrational, untrustworthy, ignorant of etiquette and justice, and even harm others and themselves. This kind of person must turn over a new leaf, otherwise the wrath of heaven will be hard to commit, and he will be easily imprisoned and suddenly killed by lawsuits.

(7) thin phase. That is, the weak phase, that is, "weak constitution, light and timid body, dark color, god is not hidden, like a boat of leaves flooding, everyone knows its weakness, poverty and inferiority." People with this appearance are lonely, thin, withdrawn, introverted, timid, ignorant, weak-willed, indecisive, at a loss, or unpredictable, and ultimately their fate is not good.

(8) vulgar. That is, the phase of vulgarity and recklessness, that is, "vulgar people, whose appearance is hazy, like things in the dust, are humble and shallow." Even if there is food and clothing, it is too much. "People with this appearance, like objects in the dust, are rude and vulgar in shape, abnormal in character, moody, uncontrollable, ignorant, mentally retarded, narrow-minded, greedy, mercenary, ungrateful, short-sighted and unlucky.

Zeng Guofan pointed out that to know a person, we must first observe his appearance and then understand his spirit. Therefore, the art of judging people is mainly to examine a person's temperament, temperament, talent, backbone, measurement, mind and so on, which was called "tasting algae" in the ancient art of judging people in China. The so-called "taste algae" is to judge people according to their appearance and way of doing things. "Pinzao" originated in the Eastern Han Dynasty and prevailed in Wei and Jin Dynasties. At that time, the character "Pinzao" summed up people's temperament, temperament, talent, backbone, measurement or mind in very simple words. For example, so-and-so is "noble", so-and-so is "elegant", so-and-so is "broad-minded", or "truly unique and simple", so-and-so has "high rhyme" and so on, but people with "taste" are not all that simple, and the relationship between various qualities of a person will also be discussed, so as to know a person more accurately. For example, if you say a person's wife, you will say that she is "clumsy, upright, attentive and willing to do things." For another example, a person "does not weigh", that is, a person's talent is not commensurate with his ability, or he is arrogant and narrow-minded. Such people are generally narrow-minded and not very tolerant of people; If you are generous and talented, you will accomplish nothing. Yanhe was a famous scholar in Wei and Jin Dynasties, but the world's evaluation of him was that his clever thinking damaged his quality. It means that this man's clever thinking has damaged his simplicity, so although he is a celebrity, he is suspected of being frivolous. Ji Kang is a great writer in Jin Dynasty and a contemporary celebrity. However, some people think that he is "sincerely hurting the Tao" when criticizing him, which means that Ji Kang is brilliant and outstanding, which is incompatible with the natural way of Laozi and Zhuangzi that he believes in, and finally he is unlucky.

Judging from its shape, the skill of judging people is not simply to look at a person's virtue or talent, but to grasp a person's virtue, talent, emotion, sex and backbone as a whole through his appearance and behavior. Only in this way can we judge whether a person is a talented person, unworthy to be a minister, a successful person or a failed person. It should be said that understanding a person's soul is more profound and comprehensive for understanding people. In ancient times, most people who were good at seeing people could have insight into a person's soul, so they could judge his way of dealing with people at a glance. In other words, if you master a person's personality, you can basically judge and speculate on this person's talent and ability to do things, and the result is often fulfilled with his speculation. For example, the world often judges a person by "shrewdness". But shrewdness itself is divided into various situations. Smart people may not be able to achieve great things, because "essence" and "brightness" are different aspects of human temperament. "Fine" refers to being good at adapting and calculating, while "bright" refers to being good at judging and understanding. Some people are fine but not clear, some people are clear but not fine, and some people are both fine and clear, and the two go hand in hand. People who are sophisticated and unclear are often insatiable, but those in charge count their own lives. People who are wise but not refined know how to judge and don't care about everything. His mistake is that he dare not create opportunities, but whatever he can get and is worth it, he can firmly keep it and will not lose it. An exquisite and intelligent person is better at grasping opportunities and creating opportunities than the first two. Whether it is fine but not clear, clear but not fine, or both fine and clear, these are the different structures formed by the two factors of "fine" and "clear" in different people. To know people is to grasp the different structures formed between these different qualities. Simply considering a person's single quality is often not enough to judge a person and make the most fair inference. Here is a story about "anti-bone", which I believe will help you understand.

"Anti-bone" has puzzled China people for thousands of years. The more key talents, the more skeptical. Therefore, it is more difficult to put such people in key positions. I often hear someone say indirectly: Is this person reliable? Is this guy on the same team Will it be difficult for this person to control after using it? This kind of problem should be carefully analyzed. Compared with the anti-bone, what achievements, abilities and knowledge levels have become secondary things in my mind. People like Wei Yan should pay attention to prevention when using it, and simply don't use it. If so, how can Shu have a big country?

In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Wei Yan is said to have an "anti-bone". It is said that people who have this anti-bone will turn against their masters in the future. Although Zhuge Liang understood the essence of Wei Yan, he still cherished his talents and used them without doubt. This Wei Yan first entered Shu with Liu Bei in the form of a trilogy, fought bravely, and then moved west to become a general. After Zhuge Liang's death, he fought for power and profit with Yang Xinyi, a city with a long history, and led his troops to defeat Yang Yi, who was defeated and killed. At that time, Zhuge Liang undoubtedly used him. On the one hand, it has something to do with Zhuge Liang's good at employing people, and on the other hand, it has something to do with Wei Yan's ability to recruit good soldiers and generals from the west.

For another example, in the early years of the late Tang Dynasty, Zhou Xuanbao, a fortune teller in Jinyang, once said, "Mingzong (Li Siyuan) has a bright future." Later, after Li Siyuan ascended the throne (AD 926), he was prepared to invite him to Beijing to enter the DPRK.

Hearing this, Zhao Feng, the minister, rushed out to remonstrate, saying, "Zhou Xuanbao's words will surely achieve fame. If he is summoned to the palace at this time, those frivolous and shallow people will gather at his door, which will be a hidden danger in the Tang Dynasty. Since ancient times, it is not uncommon for fortune tellers to talk nonsense and lead to genocide! "

Hearing this, Tang Gaozu changed his mind and only appointed Zhou Xuanbao as the official in charge of grain, so that he could not have any influence on political affairs.

This man may be a talented person, but he has gone beyond his duty and boldly talked nonsense, which shows that this man's destructive power is greater than his talent, and those who can't keep his duty can't use it, let alone those who speak ill of him.

Of course, turning your back is an ancient saying, like a mirror. Modern people are not trustworthy. As long as they succeed, we should attach importance to their talents. * * * value dry talent, don't value cheat talent, crooked talent.
