What do these four words mean: moist and deep pulse, soft and smooth bones and muscles, female inches long and male feet long, and the four seasons are flat?

This theory comes from the description of deep veins in Li Shizhen's Lakeside Veins. Water moistens the lower pulse, and the bones and muscles are smooth. The pulse condition of diseases such as drinking water to moisten the lower body is mostly deep, so it needs to be pressed to the bones and muscles again to make the pulse condition soft and smooth and the pulse rate even. Female inches long, male feet, this number is four points even. It means that the female inch pulse and the male ulnar pulse appear at four o'clock (winter) and can be regarded as flat pulse (normal pulse).
