Stealing dogs is not mainly because some people eat dog meat, but because the meat dog breeding industry is not perfect enough. In ancient times, cattle and sheep were often stolen. It was precisely because these resources were very precious at that time that some people took risks. If all the places that need dog meat can get raw materials through regular purchase channels and improve the corresponding quarantine links, it will be difficult for private dog meat to enter the market, and the problem of stealing dogs will be better solved.
