Luanzhou City belongs to a county-level city directly under the Central Government of Hebei Province and is under the management of Tangshan City.

Luanzhou City is located in the east of Hebei Province, near the capital, which is directly under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province and managed by Tangshan City. The Liao Dynasty was founded and called Luanzhou. In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), it was changed to county.
