When did Shaoxing Lotus Fall come into being?

Shaoxing Lotus Falls was formed in the 26th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty, about 1900 years ago.

Shaoxing Lotus Fall, also known as "Lotus Music" and "Lotus Noisy", is a popular folk art form in Shaoxing, Ningbo and Hangzhou, Zhejiang.

On May 20th, 2006, Shaoxing Lotus Fall was approved by the State Council and listed as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage.
