There are two Jiuxian Mountains in Shandong Province, one in Wulian County of Rizhao City and the other in Qufu City.

Jiuxian Mountain in Qufu has nine peaks of different shapes, with undulating peaks, strange rocks and phosphorus, staggered valleys and valleys, streams and springs meeting, pools and streams meeting, dense trees, lush vegetation, fragrant flowers and full of aura, so it is called Little Mount Tai.

Yun Guan is surrounded by huge rocks, dense trees, green branches, blooming flowers and a breezy breeze, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. After dialing Yun Guan for a short rest, we climbed the steep Pantuo Road with more than 200 stone steps. Three days later, we came to the top of the main peak of Jiuxian Mountain.

Like Mount Tai, the main peak of Jiuxian Mountain also has Tianmen, Zhongtianmen and Nantianmen. Although the gate is only a dozen meters away from Zhongtianmen, the stone steps are steep and climb step by step. Enter Zhongtianmen, climb a little further and you will arrive at Nantianmen.

The main peak of Jiuxian Mountain has 938 stone steps and 32 temples. The Red Gate Palace is a temple dedicated to Bi Xia Yuan Jun. Bi Xia Yuan Jun has done countless good deeds for the people in this area, and is regarded as an old woman.

Hong Men Palace Temple is a quaint and elegant quadrangle. In front of it, there is a red wall. There is a main hall and an east-west annex hall in the yard, both sitting in front of the building, covered with gray tiles. The statue of Bi Xia Yuan Jun decorated with gold and colored plastic is located in the center of the hall. This temple with red tiles and high doors and shadow walls is a traditional masterpiece of ancient architecture in China. The temple hangs like a Zen, climbing clouds into the Han Dynasty, and the terrain is extremely steep. This is really a castle in the air.

According to the inscription on the mountain, countless people were used to build this temple. Since the eighth year of Kangxi, it was built by Kong Yuqi, the duke of Confucius' descendants' feast. After a while, they stayed on the mountain. One day and one night, a Yaotai Qiongge appeared on the mountain.

One day in the sky, one year on earth. These nine innocent little fairies, while planting melons, fruits, pears and peaches in the mountains, cultivated ginseng, ganoderma lucidum and some precious medicinal materials, enthusiastically treated the people under the mountain, and irrigated the fields under the mountain to benefit the lives of the people. They are so busy every day that they forget the time to go back to heaven.

The Queen Mother woke up, opened her eyes and saw that all the nine fairies who waited on her were gone. She was very angry. Especially when she learned that nine fairies had sneaked into the world, she flew into a rage. Immediately lead a few fairies around you to the world, find these nine fairies, and order them to return to the celestial world immediately for punishment.

These nine fairies are attached to the world, and they are inseparable from the people at the foot of the mountain. For a while, they stood there hesitating and didn't know what to do. The queen mother was furious when she saw this. With a wave of her long sleeves, she turned the nine fairies into nine hills, turned angrily and left, and the fairies followed her.

There are immortals in the mountains. Although these nine peaks have different postures and characteristics, they are basically the same. In spring, golden winter jasmine hangs on the cliff, swaying with the wind, dancing like a fairy; Rows and clusters of acacia are full of white flowers, bright as jade, hanging on the branches in strings, one after another in a big bundle, emitting a faint fragrance, refreshing; Gu Teng is full of flowers and full of fragrance; Pear blossom, apricot blossom and peach blossom are colorful and particularly attractive. In midsummer, the trees are rich, the mountains and rivers are quiet and cool, which makes tourists feel relaxed and happy, lingering and reluctant to go home. In the autumn season, persimmons are golden, walnuts are yellow-green, jujubes are brilliant red, and jujube is like a fireball, which makes tourists feast their eyes and eat. In winter, pines and cypresses stand proudly, covered with snow, and the balcony is covered with jade, crystal clear. The beauty of Leng Yan is not enough for tourists.

On the stage, gongs and drums are playing, cigarettes are lingering in Bi Xia Temple, peach blossoms are red, pear blossoms are brilliant, passenger flow is woven, and people are buzzing. The normally quiet Cuifeng Valley presents a new atmosphere of prosperity.
