Reading Summary of One Hundred Years of Solitude on the Second Day

This passage tells the story of Ursula's difficulty in getting married with Jose al Cattiau Buendia. After killing, they led like-minded friends to leave the village and come to Macondo. On the way, they gave birth to their eldest son to have a baby, and the eldest son left. Ursula found a new civilized place on his way to find his son.

It is not easy for Ursula to marry Jose Al Cattiau Buendia: the Ursula family lived in Ocka a long time ago. /kloc-When Francis Drake, a pirate in the 6th century, attacked Accica, the alarm sounded, and the noise scared Ursula Iguaran's great-grandmother to sit on the fire, so she had to sit sideways with the help of a cushion. Ursula thought that the eldest son was as tall as a child with a long tail, so he asked the woman to tell his fortune. After this contact, Jose Al-Cattiau fell in love with this woman, and after a while, she went to pay a courtesy call. After that, they often have sex together at night.

Until one day, the woman told Jose al Cattiau that he was going to be a father. Jose al Cattiau panicked. Just as the Gypsies came again, Jose al Cattiau went to see their novelty and noticed a thin girl, so they met. The girl invited Jose al Cattiau to her tent and had sex. Finally, when the Gypsies were leaving, Jose al Cattiau left the place where he grew up in disguise.

Ursula found that her eldest son was missing, so she searched along the gypsy road, but she never found him. She went for five months, during which their third daughter was taken care of by her father.

When Ursula came back, she brought back a group of people of the same race as them, and their cars brought a lot of furniture and daily necessities. It turned out that Ursula found the great road of invention that her husband failed to find in her failed journey, and it was only two days away from Macondo.
