Talking about diseases caused by cold

(Ni, a Chinese medicine practitioner in Han and Tang Dynasties, first wrote on August 22nd, 2006)

The so-called classic prescriptions in Chinese medicine refer to the prescriptions used in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. Due to the long history, the source of the classic prescription cannot be verified. Some say it originated from Buddhism, while others say it was founded in Yi Yin. There are many theories. I think that in today's world, the textual research of the source is no longer the focus, but the use and measurement of classical prescriptions are the themes we should face when learning Chinese medicine. Zhang Zhongjing, a medical sage, inherited the classic prescription. There is no doubt that he is the first person to treat classic prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation. He developed the classic prescriptions by the way of differentiation of six meridians in Internal Heat Theory, which made the later generations of Chinese medicine have laws to follow in syndrome differentiation. The so-called classic prescription is the classic prescription. When Chinese medicine prescribes a prescription, it adds and subtracts on the basis of the classic prescription, which is the so-called classic prescription. It is called classic prescription because of its curative effect. This means that you use the classic prescription as soon as you get sick. It also means that no matter what disease you get, you can obviously feel its good effect after taking the classic prescription and eating the first bowl of medicine, so it is called the classic prescription. Because the traditional Chinese medicines selected by the classic prescription are ready-made, the prices of medicines are extremely cheap and everywhere, so everyone, rich or poor, can afford them, so it is a very economical and practical prescription.

Attention, students of people's subject class, you should have the strength to learn typhoid fever and synopsis of the golden chamber after attending Shennong Herbal Classic this summer vacation and the Huangdi Neijing taught last time. At the same time, I hope everyone will pay attention to one thing, that is, before I teach the classics, don't study other books such as Treatise on Febrile Diseases. That is to say, before I teach Treatise on Febrile Diseases, I only read my Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica, and don't read other Chinese medicine. I hope that everyone's view of basic Chinese medicine will be based on me, so that when you finish studying typhoid fever and synopsis of the golden chamber, you will not be misled when you study other famous Chinese medicine books. When you study ancient Chinese medicine books, you can learn the essence and stop wasting time reading many useless books. In the future, when you diagnose the patient according to the classic prescription, you think that the patient needs to add some medicine to the classic prescription because of special circumstances, and you are designing the classic prescription. Therefore, the classic prescription can be redesigned. As long as you find that a patient needs it, you can use it, so that your prescription is a classic prescription, and you are a classic home, just like the sulfur Jianzhong soup I designed.

At present, the Han and Tang series I use are all from classical prescriptions, some of which are made completely according to the prescriptions of typhoid fever and golden chamber, and some are based on them. The added drugs come from the changes of the times and people's physique. No matter how to change it, it has not deviated from the category of classical prescriptions, especially because there are many natural poisons in the prescriptions, which must be prescribed by doctors. At the same time, in order to prevent patients from misunderstanding the cooking method, it is made into pills to control the dosage. In the future, students in the subject class can definitely add and subtract prescriptions for patients according to the time and place, so as to conform to the development of the disease at that time. Therefore, it is normal to use the general prescription and individual prescription to treat diseases in the future.

The use of classic prescriptions is based on the principle of syndrome differentiation of six classics. When your diagnosis is correct, the prescription will naturally come to your mind, and then you can see the quick effect. There is a saying in the classic: those who can know yin and harmony are doctors. Treatise on febrile diseases and synopsis of the golden chamber are all about yin and yang. I will use the concept of yin and yang to explain how to use classical prescriptions for the students in the class. When epidemic febrile diseases meet typhoid fever, the biggest difference is that the general theory of epidemic febrile diseases in the south can only diagnose yin deficiency. They don't understand that if yin deficiency is not cured, it will produce yang deficiency, and then it will be cured, so it will enter the stage of yin deficiency. When the symptoms of yin deficiency appear, it is called cancer in modern times. "synopsis of the golden chamber" says: those who are full of yin will die.

At present, almost all clinical professors of traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese mainland can only talk about the stage of yin deficiency and make a diagnosis of yin deficiency, so all the Chinese medicines prescribed are Chinese medicines for nourishing yin, so students hear every day that patients are suffering from yin deficiency and learn how to use Chinese medicines for nourishing yin. Chinese medicine practitioners in Chinese mainland don't understand that it is useless for people with yin deficiency to nourish yin with Chinese medicine. Not only can the disease be cured, but patients will also advance the stage of yang deficiency because of too much nourishing yin. Yin and Yang are originally alternating, that is to say, when Yang medicine is used for yin deficiency, Yin will return to itself, and Yang will stick to Yin, so that it will not be lost. The combination of yin and yang is normal. Traditional Chinese medicine of febrile disease school doesn't know that there will be yang deficiency after yin deficiency, nor does it know that there will be yin deficiency after untreated. This is the main reason why I have been scolding Chinese medicine in the school of epidemic febrile diseases. In other words, if Chinese medicine practitioners know that patients have yin deficiency, they should use yang medicine immediately, which will not only cure the disease immediately, but also prevent the phenomenon of yang deficiency. Without yang deficiency, there will be no yin deficiency, which means that Chinese medicine can prevent yin deficiency. If the famous words of western medicine are used to explain this stage of yin deficiency, it is what modern western medicine calls cancer, so Chinese medicine can prevent the occurrence of yin deficiency. Of course, patients can only have such a result when they encounter classics. Therefore, because the TCM school of febrile diseases lacks two stages of diagnosis and medication, that is, it does not know the definitions of yang deficiency and yin deficiency, so there have been two TCM schools with completely different ideas in China since the Millennium, which is the difference between the TCM school of febrile diseases and the typhoid family.

Western medicine doesn't understand the concept of yin and yang at all, so the medical methods it formulates can easily get the opposite effect. For example, they like to use vitamins to nourish the body's deficiencies, and vitamins are yin, but they don't know that yin will accumulate in the human body, which will produce yin over time, and the western medicines they like to use, such as antibiotics, painkillers and many controlled drugs, will cause yang deficiency in patients. After yang deficiency is not treated, it is yin and the source of cancer, so they have been making cancer unconsciously. This is the most terrible place. I can foresee that the future will be a classic world, and the classics respected by my generation are the correct medicine that can really benefit mankind. Treatise on febrile diseases at the end of this year and synopsis of the golden chamber in the middle of next year will be my best works. I hope the students in our subject class, as well as those who come to buy DVDs, can make it shine at the moment after learning. My unique study of the Chinese nation will be internationally renowned because of your efforts. Classic prescriptions are irreplaceable medicine and the only medicine that can really treat diseases.

I have finished teaching Shennong's herbal classics this summer vacation. I hope that before I teach typhoid fever, all the students will be familiar with the properties of single Chinese medicine. You don't need to read other Chinese medicine books for the time being, just remember what I said, so that I can get twice the result with half the effort when I explain Treatise on Febrile Diseases. When you study classic prescriptions, you will deeply realize that the essence of Chinese medicine lies in classic prescriptions, and only classic prescriptions can truly represent Chinese medicine.

When you understand the difference between the epidemic febrile disease school and the typhoid fever school, when you see a Chinese doctor who has been making a diagnosis of yin deficiency and using drugs to nourish yin, you will know that you have met the epidemic febrile disease school. If you see Chinese medicine using western medicine in medical records, this is a Chinese medicine with a middle skin and a west bone. It's a pity that most of the current Chinese medicine practitioners are Chinese medicine practitioners with middle skin and western bones or the school of febrile diseases, and truly pure classic prescriptions are rare.

Let me demonstrate a method of recording real medical records for the reference of students in people's discipline class. I hope everyone will record the patient's condition in this way in the future. This recording method will not only let the doctors who take over the treatment at a glance, but also know whether the condition is getting better or worse. Please refer to the article "Classic Family Medical Records". (Completed on August 26th, 2006. )

10/03/2006, the explanation has been updated. Some readers asked, can you treat yourself and protect yourself if you don't learn Chinese medicine? I think this question is superfluous. There is only right and wrong in medicine. When you learn the right medicine, you can still treat it even if you have only studied for three months. If you learn the wrong medical concept, you can get it. Because of this, I began to teach human subjects, because Chinese medicine has been misled by the wrong theory of febrile diseases for thousands of years. Today, Chinese medicine has lost its true essence, and later scholars can't see its true colors. In view of this, I will make a vow to carry forward orthodox Chinese medicine, correct audio-visual and not be misled by them. True orthodox Chinese medicine is very simple and can be used by everyone, depending on how the preacher teaches it. Everyone will understand the series of human history I explained. As long as you have the mind to learn, you will certainly learn. Therefore, no matter what industry you are in, everyone can learn well. In this era when the magic is strong and the law is weak, it is better to find some ways to seek self-protection than to be mastered by western pharmaceutical companies. Please feel free to buy. At present, the constitutions of all countries in the world clearly record that people are allowed to have the natural right of self-defense, so the US Constitution allows people to have the freedom to own guns. Therefore, studying classics for self-protection is guaranteed by the Constitution. Please enjoy this natural human right with peace of mind.

1 1/07/2006 update, the manuscript of Treatise on Febrile Diseases has been completed and is now being typeset. In class, I will print 50 books as teaching materials first, and then several students will help me proofread the manuscript while attending class. I will finish proofreading at the same time after class, so that when the DVD of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is published, the attached books will be more complete, and I will try my best to put the best ones in.

0 1/04/2007. Update. Treatise on Febrile Diseases ended last week. What's the effect? From two medical records, we can see that many students who participated in the folk science class are medical practitioners themselves, so they began to use classical prescriptions after attending Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and reported two cases of ascites. The first case was liver failure. The patient was abused by western hospitals and finally suffered from liver failure a year later. When I arrived at the clinic, I felt abdominal distension, pale face and little urine. At the same time, he suffered from insomnia, loss of appetite and general weakness. Fifty minutes after taking the first bowl of medicine, the patient cried hungry, ate a bowl of noodles and fell asleep that day. At present, the patient's condition continues to progress, the urine volume increases, and the color changes from dark yellow to medium yellow. The reason why this man recovered so quickly is that he didn't receive too much X-ray photography, vascular embolization, surgery or chemotherapy from western medicine. The second is a patient with liver tumor. This man is still in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, and his wife found him. A practicing Chinese medicine practitioner, because the students had just finished reading Treatise on Febrile Diseases, immediately prescribed the prescription I taught to the patients. About half an hour after taking the first bowl of decoction, the patient discharged 400cc of urine and is now recovering. The main reason for the success of these two cases is that western medicine has not touched the patients. Once western medicine intervenes in Chinese medicine treatment, I can now tell readers that the patient will die. And the cause of death was caused by the intervention of western medicine, not death. Although these students in my humanities class have only finished learning Treatise on Febrile Diseases, the therapeutic effect has reached such a stage in less than one month's training. The reason is that they have learned the right medicine. When the knowledge you have learned is correct, no matter how long your clinical experience is, you can still treat diseases. If you learn the wrong medicine, such as western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, it will cause doctors and patients to die of liver cancer together. Just because medical knowledge is wrong, there must be many benevolent doctors in the world, but there is no benevolence, which only exists in orthodox Chinese medicine classics.

In this teaching of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, I tried my best to pass on orthodox medicine. The prescriptions I left in the book for treating liver cancer and breast cancer are the most effective prescriptions I have obtained in the actual clinic in the United States. It is hoped that after studying, students can master various theories, the timing and dosage of various prescriptions, etc. And familiar with the prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases has already had the above therapeutic effect. The next inheritance of the synopsis of the golden chamber is the study of Chinese medicine. I hope all those who are interested in promoting orthodox Chinese medicine can learn the classics well and pass them on. They want to be stronger from generation to generation, not worse than the previous generation. Before studying synopsis of golden chamber, everyone must be very proficient in syndrome differentiation, treatment and prescription science of treatise on febrile diseases, so that when I teach synopsis of golden chamber, everyone will be very relaxed and prescription science will naturally appear in your pen like running water. When the prescription is correct,

The production of DVD and books will take some time to complete. I hope my supporters will be calm and pay attention to my update news at any time. Thank you.

(Attachment) (NI's) Ten Principles of Consultation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (06/03/2005)

It is very important for us to consult doctors' families, so it is necessary to explain to readers how to consult doctors' families. If we don't know the method, it will become a chicken talking to a duck. The patient talked for a long time, and we didn't know what you were talking about. Please remember to answer the questions in the following ways.

Ten questions must be asked when seeing a doctor.

1. Ask about sleep,

How did you sleep? Will you sleep till dawn? Do you wake up regularly every day? If so, when will you wake up? Do you dream much? Wait a minute.

2. Ask about appetite,

Do you feel hungry? Do you want to eat any special food or what kind of food do you like? Or not hungry, have no appetite at all.

3. ask shit,

Are you constipated? Do you have a bowel movement every day? What color is the stool? Is it Li Xia? Is it smelly or tasteless? Wait a minute.

4. Ask for urine,

What color is your urine? Frequent urination? Still not growing up? Still no urine? How many times a day on average? Wait a minute.

5. Ask about thirst,

Are you thirsty? If you are thirsty, what temperature water do you want to drink most? Do you often forget to drink water when you are not thirsty? Or can't you quench your thirst by drinking too much?

6. Ask about cold and heat,

Do you usually feel hot or cold? Are your hands and feet cold?

7. ask Khan,

Do you sweat easily? Do you have night sweats? Do you sweat a lot? Or a body that doesn't sweat?

8. Ask about physical strength and spirit.

Are you in good spirits? Or are you tired? When you get up in the morning, are you full of energy? Still can't get up? Can you concentrate?

9. Inquiry function. Are you sexually active? Wait a minute.

10. Ask a woman about her menstruation. Whether you have menstruation or not, you should explain your menstruation in detail. Is it delayed or advanced every time? Does it hurt? Have you ever given birth to a child?

As long as the reader explains your physical feelings according to the above consultation, the doctor can prescribe according to these main symptoms without looking at you, but when prescribing, we need to know your weight. How high is it? By analogy, because of different constitutions, there will be different doses of prescriptions.

The classic prescription is really treating diseases, so when patients take the classic prescription, there will naturally be some changes when they recover, which may be different every day, sometimes they will have a bad appetite, sometimes they will feel dizzy, vomit, numb hands and feet and so on. These are normal phenomena, because we are treating diseases, so there will be many reactions that vary from person to person. At this time, you don't need to report to the doctor every day. Just ask yourself if these reactions are all in your symptoms. You will know what you are. I once met an ignorant patient. When she came to see me, she complained that she was constipated. She only defecates once a week. As a result, she took my medicine and called the next day to say that she couldn't stand the side effects of Chinese medicine because the benefits were too great. So I asked her how you felt. She said that she felt good and her strength was restored. How do readers think I should answer her? You won't have this reaction when you take western medicine, because western medicine is only for control, not for treatment at all. Of course, you will feel the difference between them.

If a patient comes to an orthodox Chinese doctor with the test report of western medicine, you will be scolded, because this is what western medicine said, not what we said. If you have any questions, you should ask the person who helped you with this test report. Yes, how can you ask Chinese medicine? This is what a chicken told a duck. You can give the inspection instructions of western medicine and the diagnosis given by western medicine to Chinese medicine, which can help Chinese medicine prove how good Chinese medicine is. But remember, orthodox Chinese medicine is based entirely on your physical symptoms, not the laboratory report of western medicine, so you must emphasize your physical symptoms and explain them in detail, which will help orthodox Chinese medicine. Every time a patient gives me a test report of western medicine, they don't give it.

Distinguish between yin and yang between men and women

Neijing says: Yang disease is easy to treat, but Yin disease is difficult to treat. Fu-organ diseases are easy to treat, but dirty diseases are difficult to treat. Neijing also says: those who can know Yin are doctors.

Master Ni is applying Yin-Yang Dafa to diagnose diseases anytime and anywhere.

In fact, the Ten Questions is to collect the deficiency and excess of Yin and Yang of patients. Only when you know the deficiency and excess of Yin or Yang Can, can you have a direction. What is visible is Yin, and what is invisible and functional is Yang. When yin and yang are in harmony, yang is latent, so the yang side is cold (such as the back of the hand and forehead) and the yin side is warm (such as the palm). When yin and yang are out of balance, if yang does not enter yin, the body will feel hot and dry; When Yin and Yang are in harmony, people will feel cold and hot, while when Yin and Yang are fighting, patients will often have the phenomenon of cold and hot confluence, so we can know from the changes of Yin and Yang that patients are in the stage of disease progress or retirement.
