Why does Aquarius become the target of thieves?

Aquarius is the most easily distracted of the twelve constellations. You often find that when you talk to them, their eyes don't know where to look, and when you talk to them, it's always wrong. There is nothing they can do. They are just distracted and don't know what you are talking about, so they are just talking nonsense.
