What's the difference between Arctic blue jam and other jams?

brief introduction

This is a recipe my mother-in-law gave me. My family likes to spread this jam on all kinds of food, whether it's pancakes or vanilla ice cream. This jam had better be eaten while it is hot as soon as it is ready. Fresh blueberries are recommended.

5 kg of blueberry 1.5 kg, washed and drained, 450 ml of water, chopped lemon peel 1 tablespoon, 600 g of fine sugar, water 1 liter, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

working methods

1. Put blueberries in a large soup pot and mash them with mashed potatoes. Add water and lemon peel and stew for 5 minutes. Drain the fruit with a colander, so as not to leave pulp and stone in the juice, and keep the juice.

2. Mix sugar and water in a large deep pot, bring to a boil, and keep stirring until the temperature reaches 125 degrees Celsius. Add the freshly made blueberry juice and cook for 1 min. Finally, pour in lemon juice, stir and serve.
