Who built Yantai Chengfa Yue Yun Building?

Chengfa Yue Yun Building is invested and developed by Yantai Chengfa Group, a subsidiary of Yantai Rail Transit Group. Yantai Rail Transit Group is a state-owned enterprise directly under Yantai Municipal Government. On June 3, 2020, it was officially inaugurated by Secretary Zhang Shuping and Mayor Chen Fei, and was fully responsible for the investment, construction and operation of Yantai rail transit project.
