What do you think is the Tao of Laozi and Zhuangzi's thought? How do you understand Tao?

I think "Tao" in Laozi and Zhuangzi's thought refers to the general planning, design, presidential handsome, total energy and total strength of everything. "Tao" stipulates the internal ways and procedures of the production, movement, change and development of all things. Everything is naturally produced, moved, changed and developed according to its own inherent ways and procedures. And we can know, understand, grasp and apply the internal forms and procedures of the production, movement, change and development of all things, which is the science and technology of modern human beings.

The core of Laozi and Zhuangzi's thought is "governing by doing nothing" and "governing by doing nothing".

"Governing by doing nothing" means that the production, movement, change and development of all things have their own fixed ways and procedures, which are completely independent of anyone's will. People should not interfere with the inherent ways and procedures of the production, movement, change and development of all things, and will naturally achieve the due results.

"Governing by doing nothing" means that when we have achieved the realm of "governing by doing nothing" for everything, the final result is that nothing will be "governed". Through the means and methods of "inaction", the best effect of "inaction" has been achieved.

Tao Te Ching says, "Things are mixed, born and lonely." . Independent and unchanging; There is no danger in going around. It can be the mother of heaven and earth. I don't know its name. Strong words are Tao. Strong is called "big". This passage is saying: there is something that is formed by the high integration of yin and yang and the combination of yin and yang. In the absence of heaven and earth, this thing was produced. This thing can be as small as one ∞ or as large as ten ∞, but no matter how it changes, its essential attribute will not change at all; No matter how it changes, the inherent energy of this thing is not consumed at all. This thing can be the mother of heaven and earth. I don't know what the name of this thing is, but I reluctantly named it Daoheda. Reluctantly gave this thing a name called Avenue.

Yin and yang are highly integrated, and the state of combining them into one is infinity, which means there is no yin and yang, and infinity is the body of Tao. The state of yin and yang is Tai Chi, Tai Chi has yin and yang, and Tai Chi is the application of Tao. Infinity begets Tai Chi, Tai Chi begets everything, and everything has its own offspring. This is the original intention of what I know and understand as "Tao gives birth to one, two, three and everything".

The cycle of the sun, the moon and the stars is Tao's masterpiece; The cycle of spring, summer, autumn and winter is Tao's masterpiece; The cycle of birth, illness and death is Tao's masterpiece; The cycle of sowing, growth, flowering and fruiting of plants is a masterpiece of Tao.
