5. When the car is braked at high speed, the driver and passenger can be tied to the seat by using the safety belt correctly to avoid or reduce the collision injury. In order to urge the driver to use the seat belt, it is stipulated that when driving a motor vehicle on an expressway or an urban expressway, if the driver fails to wear the seat belt according to the regulations, 2 points will be recorded at a time;
