You don't need to go to the mobile client, just go to the "Order Status" page of Apple official website.

The query method is as follows:

Enter Apple China official website/and select "Order Status" in the bottom navigation, as shown in the following figure:

3. Then, according to the needs of users, you can select an order in "existing users" or "single order search", as shown in the figure below:
