Official website, Housing Management Bureau of Xingtang County, showed that as of May 22, 2023, the developer of Chen Xing Garden Community could not issue the real estate license of the community due to incomplete procedures. The real estate license refers to the certificate that the purchaser obtains the legal ownership of the house through the transaction and can exercise the right of possession, use, income and disposal of the purchased house according to law.
