Installation method, basic requirements and precautions of PVC anti-static floor adhesive. The structure of PVC antistatic adhesive is suitable for hot welding seam, thus providing designers and installers with continuous and high fluidity floor. The following steps are to meet the basic requirements for a successful installation.

1, cutting

When installing multiple coils, it is necessary to cut again before welding. It is suggested that the original edge of the coil (the edge cut at the factory) should not be directly butt welded, and the coil edge must overlap at least 25mm, and then cut the slit by one of the following methods.

A. Double cutting: overlap the coiled materials, mark the overlapping places with lines, and cut the two layers of materials with a knife along a ruler in turn at the overlapping places. It is very important to hold the knife vertically.

B, bottom line marking: trimming one of the coils with the original machine and welding. To be on the safe side, it is suggested to draw a line on the coil first, and then cut it along with a hook knife. After this process is completed, one coil is partially overlapped on another coil, the edge contour of the next coil is drawn with a scriber, and then the edge of the previous coil is trimmed according to the scribing.

C. Precautions: When cutting the floor, be careful not to cut the pre-distributed copper sheets.

Step 2 weld

All coil seams must be welded with suitable coated electrodes. PVC floor glue provides a series of coated electrodes, so that customers can create natural seam effect or color contrast seam effect. The welding method is the same as the usual welding method of PVC coiled material, and the depth of weld seam must be 2/3 of the material thickness, and manual or mechanical seam opening method can be used.

Note: Be careful not to cut the copper sheet of the cloth when cutting. The hot welding gun must be preheated for several minutes to reach 420℃-480℃. Try welding on the waste first, master the best welding speed and avoid burning the surface of the material. You can press the covered electrode into the groove with a "small roller" or a "welding nozzle". No matter which method is adopted, the constructor is responsible for ensuring the welding quality. After welding, the weld should be leveled after cooling, so as to prevent the weld from shrinking after cooling (causing uneven ground) and eventually destroying the weld.

The weld should be leveled twice, the first time with a small shovel and "gasket"; The second time, press it on the ground with a small shovel. At ordinary times, the action of shovel should be continuous, and all exposed edges should be sealed to prevent moisture from penetrating and damaging the floor. The following methods can be used to achieve this goal. 3. Foundation treatment

Different methods can be used to achieve the final effect of beautiful sealing, so that the material can be naturally connected with the wall or with other kinds of floor materials. The installation method will determine the corner treatment method of the floor material. The "L" type skirting line is suitable for the following situations: water does not often accumulate on the ground, and a large amount of water is not used when maintaining the ground. For this type of installation, we suggest cutting the material to make it closely connected with the foot of the wall, sealing the joint between the foot of the wall and the ground with waterproof filler, and then constructing according to the normal method.

4. On the wall

Using coiled material wall-mounting technology to realize seamless wall footing,

In order to protect the ground materials, when using the wall hanging technology, filler strips with a radius of 20MM or 38MM must be placed under the foot of the wall, and the joints at the corners of yin and yang must be welded. If possible, thermal welding is recommended. If you can't use a hot welding gun, you can also use the tip of a soldering iron for welding. The final treatment of the upper wall part is as follows:

If the wall is also made of PVC, the floor material can be welded with the wall in the usual way, and it is decided whether to use hot welding or cold welding according to the thickness of the wall. If the wall is made of brick, tile and other materials, matching sealing strips can be used at the interface, and the thickness of the wall determines what type of sealing strips to use.

Step 5 test

After installation, the resistance must be tested. It is recommended that the end user permanently save the test cycle and test result records of the installed antistatic materials (including the upper wall part).

Note: PVC anti-static floor glue can also be installed in the ordinary way, that is, without anti-static primer or glue. If so, the installed floor can not reflect its anti-static characteristics.
