How long will the Longhua Third Meeting last?

Longhuahui is a Buddhist bathing festival, also known as Buddha's birthday, which falls on the eighth day of April every year.

The Buddha Bath Festival is the eighth day of the fourth lunar month every year, which is the birthday of Buddha Sakyamuni. According to scripture records, 5.67 billion years after the death of Buddha, Maitreya Bodhisattva will appear in Hualin Garden, become a monk under Longhua tree, and hold three dharma meetings to show all sentient beings.

Buddha said Maitreya Buddha was born in Buddhist scriptures. At that time, Maitreya was in Hualin Garden, with a garden width of 100 days, which was full of secondary schools. At first, it was said that 9.6 billion people had arhat. According to the Second Generation Association, 9.4 billion people get arhats. According to the Sanhui, 9.2 billion people won the arhat, which is the origin of the Longhua Sanhui that Buddhists often say.
