Parking charge standard for ordinary residential areas

Parking service charges such as open-air or underground supporting parking lots in residential areas are subject to government guidance or government pricing.

It varies according to different situations. The above-ground (ground) parking service in the general property management area charges the highest, with 70 yuan/vehicle per month. Social vehicles that temporarily enter residential areas are not charged within the first hour, and those that exceed 1 hour are charged at 2 yuan/hour (those that are less than 1 hour are charged at 1 hour, and the maximum charge per day (within 24 hours) 10 yuan).

Parking fees are subject to market-regulated prices, government-guided prices and government pricing.
