Where does Wei Zi come from?
The first sentence "Ziweihua Province Acceptance Letter" comes from a letter written by the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Jian to Xue Tao in Shu, which means that Xue Tao received an imperial edict in the official office next to Ziweihua. "Wei Zi" refers to flowers, "Hua Province" refers to gorgeous yamen, and "Chenglun Patent" refers to imperial edict.
The second sentence, "Golden Su Xiang dances in gorgeous clothes", has no clear source, and may be a relatively casual poem. Literally, "golden millet" may refer to some kind of spice or golden millet, "fragrant wind" refers to fragrant wind, and "dancing colorful clothes" may refer to clothes that dance with the wind. The fragrance of golden millet dances with the wind, making colorful clothes dance with it.
Generally speaking, these two poems are not directly related, but they may have similarities in some aspects, such as officials and costumes.
