Who is Ziweixian in The Legend of the New White Snake?

The Great Emperor of Wei Zibei in Zhongtian is also known as the Great Emperor of Wei Zibei, the Great Arctic, the King of Polaris and one of the four emperors.

After the White Snake gave birth to Xu Shilin, she went to the Leifeng Pagoda with Xu Xian. After discovering the Leifeng Pagoda, she recalled an experience to Xiaoqing: once she met the Arctic Emperor, and the Arctic Zhenwu Emperor said, "I don't think your demon is extinct, and it will only be a disaster for you to come down to earth", while Xiaobai said, "My disciple came down to earth according to the instructions of Master Guanyin, but he ended up in disgrace ..." (to this effect). Therefore, the Arctic emperor gave him the elixir of life, so that Mrs White Snake could get rid of his evil spirit and combine with Xu Xian. Mrs. White Snake also vowed that if he survived on earth, he would die under the thunder, be buried at the top of the mountain, and finally be crushed under the Leifeng Tower.
