Can Peace Elite qq and WeChat play together?

According to the rules of the game of Peace Elite, players in QQ area and WeChat area can't communicate with each other or form teams. This is because QQ and WeChat have different login methods and are set on two different servers. Only players in Android area and IOS area can communicate with each other, and only players who are both QQ or WeChat can communicate with each other. So players in QQ area and WeChat area can't play together.
