Is it regular for peaceful elites to fight military strongholds?

In the fire confrontation mode of the peaceful elite, the appearance of military strongholds is irregular. Each bureau will randomly refresh the military strongholds in a certain position on the map, including the double drainage ditch on the east side of G Town, the open space in the southwest of the villa, and the foot of the mountain between S City and the shooting range. Players need to explore the map themselves, discover and occupy these military strongholds, and get rich material rewards. Therefore, for players, there are no fixed rules to follow, and they need to be flexible and improvise.
