How to construct the corridor with steel frame structure?

1. Check and pay-off the foundation, and start construction after ensuring accuracy. If errors are found, the project department shall be informed in time for adjustment or rework.

2. First, connect the main girder with the column firmly with M 10 bolts on the ground, then prop up the main girder with the column and fix it with temporary support. The column and the embedded steel plate are fixed by electric welding, and the square pipe should be fully welded with the embedded steel plate during welding.

3. Install other main beams in turn in the same way, and install some secondary beams from the second main beam and fix them with M8 bolts to ensure the accurate spacing of each main beam.

4, each installation of a main girder, need to add temporary support for fixation, in order to prevent the steel frame collapse during installation.

5. After all the main beams are installed, install the remaining secondary beams and fix each secondary beam with angle steel bars. After ensuring the accurate spacing of the secondary beam, weld the steel bar and the secondary beam firmly with electric welding.

6. Fix steel plates and columns with expansion bolts, and then install outdoor stairs.

7. Carry the small cement floor to the second floor and spread it piece by piece. Centralized stacking of floors is prohibited. A batch should be laid and carried out. When the floor is laid, there should be a sealing joint, which should be evenly placed on both sides. Unqualified floors shall not be used in this project.

8. Install the wallboard, first align it with the geosyncline according to the drawing and fix it with expansion bolts. Then the wallboard is erected and connected with I-beams, and the wallboard and steel frame are fixed with rivets. The installation connection should be firm, and the inner wallboard should be installed at the same time. Corners are fixed with angle aluminum connecting rivets, and the positions of doors and windows are reserved according to the construction drawing.

9. Install the roof panel, connect the roof panel with I-beam aluminum, and fix the roof panel and wallboard with angle aluminum connecting rivets. Connect the roof panel with flanges, install waterproof folding sheets and fix them with rivets.

10. Install roof cornices, corridor railings and stair handrails, and lay waterproof silica gel on the roof.

1 1. Install doors and windows, reserve holes with special profiles, install painted doors and plastic-steel windows, and lock doors and windows firmly and flexibly.

12, the floor slab is poured by the construction unit itself, and the upper floor slab is required to be caulked and leveled, and 20mm~30mm thick cement mortar is poured. When pouring the floor, it should be leveled with tamping. The lower layer shall be poured according to the actual needs of the construction unit.

13. If the construction unit uses interlayer to install wires, it must be erected before the gusset plate is installed, and the construction unit must ensure that the wires are completely insulated from the steel frame.

14, install the wooden keel of the lower ceiling, fix it with iron wire, install pvc gusset plate and fix it with gusset plate nail.

15. Clean up the site, organize the completion acceptance, hand over the keys and deliver them to the construction unit for use.
