The general contractor and subcontractors shall bear joint and several responsibilities for the safety production of subcontracted projects.

Subcontractors should obey the safety production management of the general contractor. Subcontractors do not obey the management, resulting in production safety accidents, the subcontractors shall bear the main responsibility.
