However, since the discovery of carcinogens in chlorophenols, chlorophenols have been gradually banned in more and more countries (such as Japan and the United States).

At present, the main fungicides with low toxicity, high efficiency and no pollution are chlorothalonil, methylene disulfide and triazole compounds. At present, there is a wood mildew inhibitor called FB which can replace the sodium pentachlorophenol mildew inhibitor. FB wood mildew inhibitor is mainly composed of emulsion of chlorothalonil and carbendazim, with 46% effective components, milky white, tasteless and basically non-toxic.
