What does the Ming Dynasty Celestial Officer mean?

Celestial officials are gods in ancient China mythology.

Taoist gods, that is, heaven, earth and water, are also known as the three officials, among which Tianguan is one of them. Tianguan was named Shang Yuan Yi Pin Fu Tianguan, and the emperor Wei Zi was owned by Yu Qing.
