What is the electricity price of property electricity?

The electricity consumption of the property is subject to the electricity price of the State Grid. Details are as follows:

1. The unit price of electricity charged by the property management company shall be calculated according to the electricity price standard of the State Grid, including the benchmark electricity price, the ladder electricity price and the dynamic electricity price;

2. The benchmark electricity price refers to the ordinary household electricity price, and the ladder electricity price refers to the electricity price charged by the excess electricity consumption quota;

3. Dynamic electricity price refers to the electricity price charged by time period. According to different regions and types of electricity consumption, the electricity price standard is not the same.

The way to deal with the unpaid property fee by the owner is as follows:

1. If the owner does not pay the property fee, he can negotiate first;

2. If negotiation fails, and the owner violates the agreement and fails to pay the property fee, the property service provider may urge him to pay it within a reasonable period of time;

3. If the payment is not made within a reasonable period, the property service provider may bring a lawsuit or apply for arbitration;

4. Property service providers shall not stop power supply, water supply, heat supply and gas supply to urge the payment of property fees.
