The role of Tian Peng Yuan Shuai in Taoism

In the Southern Dynasties, Tao Hongjing wrote the Ten-year Huagai Mantra in "True Letters Patent", saying that this mantra belongs to the Northern Emperor's solution to evil spirits and ghosts, and the ghosts in the Sixth Palace of Fengdu are hidden as taboo. "There are three ghosts cursed by this spell, with fine eyes and rotten eyes and dead bodies. On this mantra, all ghosts were beheaded, and the Northern Emperor was secretive. If the world can do it all the time, there is no way to die. Both men and women are feasible. This is the so-called northern emperor curse, a good way for evil spirits, and this is how the three ghosts died. "
