Jiexiu tourist attractions

Mianshan is located in Nanhuizhi Village, Mianshan Town, Jiexiu City, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. It originated in the Spring and Autumn Period and was burned in seclusion with its mother in the State of Jin. It integrates the functions of gate, theater and street building, and is the symbol and landscape of Jiexiu city. It is also known as the four famous buildings in Shaanxi with the mirage in Yongji, the autumn wind tower in Wanrong and the non-cloud building.

4. Houtu Temple

Houtu Temple, located in the northwest corner of Jiexiu Old Town, is a Taoist temple. Houtu Temple is mainly dedicated to Mrs Houtu. She is the goddess in charge of the birth of Yin and Yang, the earth and mountains and rivers. As early as 1600 years ago, Houtu Temple was established in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, and then it was continuously rebuilt and expanded, forming today's pattern, with the unique three-stage stage and the lost "Kong Quelan" glass as the highlights.

5. Bai Qin Tourism Ecological Park

A cypress tree that has stood proudly for more than 2,640 years in the scenic spot is said to be left over from the Qin Dynasty, and the thickest branch has a circumference of 4.75 meters. It is still flourishing, evergreen all the year round, and the shade covers nearly 300 square meters. Bai Qin is thicker1.8m than Xuanyuan cypress in Huangling, Shaanxi, and its circumference is the highest among cypress trees in China.
